A Micro-brewery based in Gananoque, Ontario, the Gananoque Brewing Company is currently partnering with Niagara's Best Brewery and Pub in Niagara Falls and plan to move the brewery to Gananoque in 2012.
Naughty Otter Lager is a pale, crisp and refreshing lager with a 5.5% ABV. Enjoyed especially by those who drink a micro beer. This beer is made using only the finest natural ingredients. Fun Fact: Naughty Otter Lager was actually named after an otter that appeared at the swing bridge in Spring 2010!
Train Wreck Strong Ale is a very hoppy west-coast style IPA. Targeted at micro-beer lovers who thrive on hops. This beer may appear cloudy in appearance, this is because it is unfiltered. At 6.7% ABV this quality beer is not for the faint of heart.
Shiver Eisbock is a warming, nourishing, and comforting brew, one that is rich, malty and has hints of chocolate. A true winter lager, this beer gains it's strength from being frozen near the end of it's maturation period. The hops for this beer were hand picked at Roots Down Organic Farm in Gananoque.
