One small town, 7,000 strangers, and a week nobody saw coming.
Come From Away runs September 22 to November 7 at the Springer Theatre, home of the Thousand Islands Playhouse at 185 South Street in Gananoque. The Tony Award winning musical tells the true story of Gander, Newfoundland, where 38 planes landed in the days after 9/11 and a town of locals opened its doors.
Written by Irene Sankoff and David Hein, and directed and choreographed by Stephanie Graham, the show runs about 1 hour and 40 minutes with no intermission. Tickets start at $24, and many dates are already sold out.
